Matias Leong’s New Release “Travelers”: A Fusion of Electronica and Jazz

422

Matias Leong, a talented composer and guitarist from Macau, has unveiled his latest song, “Travelers.” This track is part of an electronica and jazz-influenced guitar instrumental project that showcases Matias’s innovative approach to music.

Originally created in 1994 using simple equipment, these compositions were left untouched for years. However, during the epidemic prevention period in 2020, Matias revisited these tracks, infusing them with new elements and fresh energy. The result is a conceptual guitar performance album titled “1994 and Then Some,” paying tribute to his early studio years.

“Travelers” shows Matias Leong’s ability to blend electronic styles with intricate jazz guitar work, creating a unique and captivating listening experience. This release not only highlights his musical prowess but also his dedication to evolving and perfecting his art over the years.
