A review of Bret Mosley’s Album “Through The Fire”

Bret Mosley, the touring veteran musician released his new album titled ‘Through the Fire’ a month ago. According to Bret, the inspiration behind the album came about in the times of personal and global challenges that he run through 2014 to 2021.

“Through the Fire” is an Album that’s all about being strong and staying hopeful, even when you’re dealing with unfair systems and people are trying to hurt you. It’s about not giving up and finding a way to overcome those challenges.

It is a 11 track album that has a variety of songs from ones which are perfect for driving, dancing around your kitchen, crying/laughing at the unbearable lightness of being and feeling your beautiful human heart.
The tracklist include;
What You Feel, Tell Me, Through the Fire, Wayside Upholding, A Sign of Love, Breakwater,
Calling Out, The Fire and the Rose, Through the Fire – Reprise, What Comes Next.

The album is made up of the rock genre elements beginning from classic rock sounds, soft rock, Folk rock, soul rock and alternative country music. The instrumentations of each song has the elements of drums piano, and strings that gives it the unique and genuine rock sound as intended by music veteran Bret Mosley.

“Through the Fire’ is an album that was undoubtedly written carefully as all 11 tracks shows evidence of brilliant song writing skills and great message to deliver to the audience making it a timeless masterpiece.

Listening to the album from top to bottom will take any music lover, especially rock lovers through a wide array of emotions, feelings and appreciation.

It took Bret seven years to get ‘Through the Fire’ his first full-length studio album ready for his fans and music lovers. There is no deny that the album is such a great piece of work that comes from the deepest of emotions, feelings and occurrences.
