Grammy considered, and steadily growing within the Christian/Gospel scene, Yemi’s rich vocal tones and textures, along with his miraculous ability for writing lyrics, has released a new single, “Found” across all streaming platforms.
The song, embellished by minimal piano chords and sweeping vocal storytelling,
describes different moments of Yemi’s experiences coined through the lenses of two scriptures; John 4:10; This is love: not that we loved God, but that he loved us and sent his Son as an atoning sacrifice for our sins, and Jeremiah 29:13; You will seek me and find me, when you seek me with all your heart. Yemi opens up to God’s presence, and
receives it wholeheartedly, noticeably felt in the music with intentional key changes and
additional instrumentation. Beautiful saxophone lines complement Yemi’s acceptance and journey to God’s comfort by the end.
Yemi claims this song is at the core of his passion for God’s love and though things might appear difficult, God won’t break our hearts. “Found” is a passionate song with interesting call to worship and an unadulterated surrender to God’s love. Yemi prays that this song helps many rekindle passion for God’s love and a sense of identity to those who may feel lost or broken.

Today, our world has been taken over by the ‘celebrity’ mentality and the need or crave
for becoming ‘FAMOUS’. The need to monetize all our experiences, whether divine or mortal has become the game of thrones. We must refuse to monetize God and our
worship, Yemi said.
We need to trust God in this current economic climate and be assured that He will meet all our needs according to His riches in glory. We must tell others to do the same. We cannot sell salvation; it’s already paid for. It is therefore not that we love God but that He first loved us.
“God’s love is the answer to all what we may be looking for. The person of Jesus is enough for me,” Yemi declares.
