Alex Starling releases“Maybe We Lost It” – A Beautiful and Emotional Synth Song

172

Alex Starling’s new song, called Maybe We Lost It, is deep and emotional, it is a great music with deep feelings. The London-based singer-songwriter produced the song owning to personal and dreamy sadness which is beautiful.

The song begins with drums that sounds forceful and pretty much loud without any preceding tunes. It has those relaxed, dream like, synth layers that play over these beats making it feel like you are in another realm. Alex’s voice is soft and so deep that he sounds mournful as if revealing some sort of a secret. He seems to sing rather emotional yet authoritative at the same time, which makes you listen to the lyrics of a song.

The lyrics sing of the bitterness of love, change and betrayal and of losing touch with someone you once knew well. Alex explain the phobia of not knowing the people or the life you used to know. It is a song of change, of how one cannot sumble on both love and one’s self when the world is chaotic.

The track is lofty and multi-textured and the synth and keyboards conjure a dark psychedelic vibe. Soft whispered tones seem to complement the songs right down to the melancholy and intimacy. Adding to this, it gradually increases the level of expectation by making the song more emotional at point of climax it leaves the listener with unforgettable feeling.

I know the feeling sung in ‘Maybe We Lost It’ is one of life, of love and of the change. Beautiful lyrics as well as powerful music leaves no doubt that Alex Starling is a new star of electronic pop music. This is a track you will remember up and down the stretch.
