1k

From the Walloon region of Belgium, ZOAX is an artist who is always looking for the
latest trends and innovations. ZOAX began playing percussion and drums in amateur bands in Belgium before switching to computer music.

He offers you a remix of his song “Amelia” to get the new year off to a good start. He continues to move to a fairly amapiano beat, albeit with some variances.

As evidenced in his latest release, his musical style is heavily influenced by the Amapiano, which has a unique and powerful sound. Amapiano is a style of house music that emerged in South Africa in 2012. It is a hybrid of DeepHouse, jazz and lounge music characterised by synths, airy pads and broad percussive bass lines.

As a result of this hip and dynamic musical style, ZOAX is currently preparing an EP, which will be released in summer. He
always adds his own personal touch with a unique and eclectic style ranging from
Klaus Shulze to Pink Floyd, J-M Jarre, Hans Zimmer, Vangelis, SuperTramp,
Tangerine Dream or Genesis (and many more). Among ZOAX’s compositions, we can
also find musical trends such as EDM, House and DeepHouse, Techno, as well as Lo-Fi and synthwave. With a unique style, this artist remains open to different styles and has a bright future.
