Birdman Cult Returns with new single called “Highs and lows”

559

The Birdman Cult has resurfaced from the shadows with force to release their newest single, “High and Lows”, a song that captures the listener’s ears immediately at the first strum of the guitar. It starts off vocally with pounding drums and bass guitar and right from the onset, it is clear that the band has set its sights on ushering a triumphant and moving rocker.

‘High and Lows’ is as good a song as any in the rock music genre. There is a great chord progression and all the notes are perfectly placed so that it will hold the listeners’ attention. The main vocal lines are loud immediately from the start and help shape the song’s loud and vibrantly charged feel. The opening chord is a powerful shell shock that immediately alerts the listeners that The Birdman Cult is back in action.

Specifically, I want to spotlight the chorus with its resounding background vocals. Stacked really well, they create that hypnotizing depth to the song but they never drown the leading tune. This balance adds up to the entire perception of the song and the chorus is made powerful and engaging at the same time.

“High and Lows” is probably the epitome of what a music minimalist rock song should be – it’s simple, it’s repetitive, and it just plain rocks. Birdman Cult has achieved the task of releasing a song that will remind the rock audience of the band’s existence and prove that its members have not lost their abilities to create a good song for both longtime fans and the new generation. This is well exhibited in this single and am confident if they release more music it’s going to be even better
