Embracing Healing, Connection, and Collaborative Artistry in ‘HEAL’, the newest song by OM Shira

1.7k

Om Shira (formerly known as Mr. Shirazy) has come a long way. His songs tell stories and insights from this journey. Some of them were born in the absolute stillness of the desert in Iran, where he stayed for several months during the lockdown.

With HEAL, he has now released his fifth single since 2022, accompanied by a breathtaking video. The message of “Connection & Healing” calls upon us to trust in our inner power and voice, and to draw strength from this connection to make a difference in the world.

HEAL has become a multidimensional hologram, revealing different facets of ourselves with each ray of light. It urges us to listen to our inner voice and experience healing, even when it seems impossible in an increasingly complex world. While largely autobiographical, HEAL is a vessel of countless stories and emotions that Om has encountered on his journey.

Over 15 artists from 3 continents have been involved into the creation of HEAL incl. Riosentí, a duo from Mexico/Argentina, Ryan Carniaux – jazz professor from New York and a very engaged team of videographers, dancers and costume designers from Iran.
