I NU’s “T’ES QUI TOI” single celebrates their first love of reggae

653

I NU, the famous Caledonian duo, is back with a new album “Ono Roots” (the roots of the coconut in the language of the island of Lifou) to be released in 3 months.

The first song of the album “T’ES QUI TOI” will transport you to a unique poetic and organic musical universe. With three Flèches de la Musique to their credit and a regular broadcast on Oceanian radio and television, Hnaweje and Marianne have chosen on this new project to return to reggae, the music of their first love. Going from an acoustic and minimalist universe to a reggae roots album, with traditional folk influences from New Caledonia with a touch of jazz. Recorded in New Caledonia with talented musicians, I NU invites on this first title the talented guitarist KUBIX (Clinton Fearon, Max Roméo) and Mighty Cricket with vocals known in the reggae dub sound system environment in France and England.
