Jamcie teams up with his friend Justin Novak to serve us with a new song called “Slow it down.”

They had different music backgrounds, but they both wanted to create something that combined the best parts of hip hop and house music. They started by working together on hip hop and lo-fi rap, and then they decided to give UK Garage, another music style they liked, a try. This led to the creation of the new sound they called “Slow it Down.”

Being inspired lyrically by the fact that life can be crazy at times, for people, but it is also important to ‘slow it down’ and take a breath. Thus take a minute to reflect on the other positive side of life and not always pondering over the negatives. The song elaborates that, sometimes it is worth reminding ones self of the things you have achieved despite the hurdles & challenges you have had to overcome. Thus to believe despite every obstruction you are doing good there you only have to push harder to achieve more by continuing to chase your dreams.

The rap delivery on ‘Slow it Down’ by Jamcie is epic. The flow, deep lines, punches and timing are so brilliant and precise. The style of the delivery will keep every listener to go over the song many times.

‘Slow it Down’ also has an incredible instrumental. The Hip-hop drum pattern and the piano chords progression together with the melodies voice over on the beats makes it sound more refreshing and catchy to the ear.
The production works were managed by Justin and he did the work right, as there was a lot of clarity in the vocals and instrumental.

Rap song couldn’t be any better ‘Slow it Down’ is a wonderful piece of artwork by Jamcie that needs the attention of rap music lovers worldwide.
