Salt Lake City-based artist DJ Shahzad has shared his new single “Believer.” The propulsive, massive track is his second release of 2025, here’s what he has to say about the track: “I hope we all get even better at leveraging music to create peaceful relations between cultures and nations, and as a tool to tap into the divine within each of us. Be the change, and be the light that you want to see in the world. As individuals we work on ourselves, then as
communities we work together.”
DJ Shahzad has graced dance floors as early as 1994, initially known for his representation of a forward thinking flavor of trance/house music, with his reputation spreading across the U.S., Central America, and Canada. “To those who love dance music, it’s always been about much more than just dancing,” he explains. “Dancing is a way to put the difficulties of life on pause and process emotions, experience authentic human connections and engage in divine healing. ‘Believer’ is a celebration of the human potential to put the difficulties of life behind oneself and an invitation to believe in the power to overcome them.”
