JML Worship Announces It’s Debut Song Release “Let It Be You”

219

JML Worship have released their debut single “Let It Be You”. The band members have long played together at Grace Bible Church in Arroyo Grande, California, but it was an unfortunate tragedy that was the driving force in bringing the band members together to write and record their first song.

Released January 22, 2024, the songs message of hope and peace has really been resonating with listeners. After Jeff’s younger sister died last year unexpectedly from a rare West Nile virus infection, the song was written as a tribute to her. In the struggle to process her death, we came to understand that while we are born into a world filled with lots of sharp and jagged edges, it is this earthly realm that offers the conditions for the expression of certain aspects of divine love that would otherwise not become real to us. When we run up against the hard edge and yet stand true to love anyway, that is
when God speaks.

Fans can expect the band’s second single to be released at the end of May 2024.
