When discussing the process of the record, Logan Garrett noted: “Playing as a DJ in Nashville, I’m constantly challenged to find records that can provide a country feel, but fit within a dance / electronic set. I made “Move” with the intention of fitting somewhere in that blur of genre boundaries. Anella’s unique take on country and hip-hop creates exactly the sound this record needs. The record delivers a clean energy that I was able to test with crowds, gauge their reactions & adjust the record.
