Kentucky based Christian-Contemporary Music artist, Mari Ramsey, released hissingle “I Don’t Know” off of his newly released album “Divine Intervention.” The single can be streamed on all digital music platforms and can be purchased on iTunes and Google Play.
The Album represents 5 years of writing stories of his life and demonstrates notonly the amazing days he’s had, but also the struggles he’s had. It displays a sound that is unique to this generations sound. Young is a multi-instrumentalist with a knack for curating solid arrangements and sounds and bringing new direction to the table of any song. The album features locals from the area such as Peyton King on Piano, Luke Childers and Mike Ezell on Percussion, and Matthew Glover and Noah Ramsey featuring. “I Don’t Know” is Mari’s debut single that gave him much spotlight in the CCM territory. It is his perspective from while he was in foster care. This song being co-written by his foster-dad, they wrote the perfect way to describe the emotions of one who was so lost with being stripped away from everything and being left with nothing. Mari rose from this defeat in his life by picking up his first guitar in foster care which allowed him to invest in himself musically which led to his release of this single.
