The TapeTrip releases a new song called ‘The real’

1.9k

West Side or East Side? The Tape Trip doesn’t settle it, but it definitely does hip-hop on the right side of the tape. Groove, sometimes even funky beats and rap MCs such as Rioux V, TRUTH, Marcus H. and Merty Shango make geography no longer important. Poland, L.A., Florida or New York can be anywhere, because what matters here is the journey to “those”
times. The TapeTrip is also a delight over everyday life and what life turned out to be, when coffee, a cigarette and breakfast in a sunny kitchen are just as enjoyable as the first blunt at youth parties.

The production duo ScudoYell is fueled by an experience that dates back to the days when the imagination was ruled by music videos on MTV and love for anything with a beat (even if there are “only” 16 of them). However, The TapeTrip is not a re-debut. That’s why you won’t find our classic biographies here.

Music is important here – image, memory, smell, rhythm and emotions associated with it. And that moment when you realize in life that the journey itself begins to count more than the destination.
