Dano-Jo’s new single “Shalom” is a lively revival of the old classic “Evenou shalom aleichem.” Based on biblical sources, the song spreads the message of peace, joy, and urgency through a strong vocal performance.

Arrangements of the track comprise of the blend of Latino, Afro, and Pop which create a rhythm that no dancer can resist. Dana-Jo’s distinctive and fascinating voice, being a result of her mixed Guadeloupean–Franco-Congolese heritage, brings along a deeper dimension and more authenticity to the music.

Her earlier single “Dites moi qui peut” has proved to be a success, which the song “Shalom” builds upon and promises an EP to come. The single is now available at all major download platforms, with a accompanying official music video on YouTube.

In the video, Dana-Jo translates the song into a moving visual with a color that matches the energy and spirit of the music. The video creates the atmosphere of peace and unity through professional and fascinating imagery and performances.
