Chris Thomas & The Merrymakers Unveils new Raw, High-Energy Anthem titled ““FromTheTop 2.0”

252

Chris Thomas and The Merrymakers is here with a new hit, this time with their new single that is packed with raw and edgy flavor, “FromTheTop 2.0”. Made in a DIY home studio over the course of two days, it captures the pure unadulterated aggressive energy that’s missing in most of the songs today due to overproduction. Having two drum kits and carefully arranged soundsрак its is one of the wildest ideas which were brilliant, in a way, as the listeners discharge a multilayered sound.

Actually the song starts with a catchy riff that gradually builds up into a tornado of soft melodies, changing tempo and a low grind. Using slurred and low-pitched singing, and sultry, dragging guitar riffs, “FromTheTop 2.0” is like getting into a seedy bar where punk spirit version of retro style. It is the combination of stripped back grooves and springing basslines that gives it dormant appeal and a memorable end.

Chris Thomas shares his heart through intelligent, soulful lyrics and powerful voice as he offers listeners a tale of, and and restoration. The song’s shouting of ‘From the top,’ during choruslets enhances not only this message of striving in any opportunity in life, but also the tenacity of going through life’s high and low.

Having a trained brass section that accentuates the rhythm and adding harmony without going heavy on excessive instrumentation to the point of dilution, “FromTheTop 2.0” is both uncontrolled and well-orchestrated; all thanks to Thomas’s musical arrangements. It is revolutionary and has an ode for the flaws, taking people on a thrilling tour of the highs and the low of life.
