The Christmas season is upon us once more, as you are no doubt aware! This is made more pleasurable by LTB’s new three-song EP, “A Temporary Christmas.” I agree with the title; although Christmas only lasts for a few days each year, the memories it leaves behind are enduring.
The first song on the album is “White Christmas” a cozy holiday song that makes you feel nostalgic. The song has a warm feel and brings back memories of snowy scenes, love, and happy times from the past. The drums played give it a cool rhythm, mixing in some R&B vibes while keeping the Christmas feeling. Also the piano in the background adds a peaceful touch, making you feel emotional as the music builds up.
The second song on the album “God Rest Ye Merry Gentlemen” is a song that goes beyond the usual. LTB sang strongly on this song, and how choir of male voices , and powerful drums were played made the emotions behind this song stronger which me love song the most. The lyrics has the ability to touch listeners heart and it captures the real spirit of Christmas and its lasting hope.
“New Year’s Resolution” is the final song on the album. It starts slow but with a lively beat from the drums. LTB’s singing is soft and talks about the feelings of the season, making you think about the past and look forward to the future. The song’s words reflect what you might want for the next year, like starting fresh and aiming for new things in your life.
