“Willoughby Nights” is all about the beauty and comfort of Lake Willoughby and White Caps Campground in Westmore, Vermont.
The song was written by band member Jazmine T. Bogie who is still in high school. She’s also the lead singer with a beautiful and magical voice that draws in listeners.
The video received over 1,000 views in the first 24 hours it was posted – which is amazing since we are based in a very rural community with a very low population.
The players are Jazmine Bogie (acoustic guitar & lead vocal), Zane Mawhinney (acoustic & electric guitar), Owen Marcotte (bass), Addison Scott (violin) Macey Mawhinney (backing vocals), Liza Morse (piano) and two of the greatest musicians in Vermont as special guest artists including Andre Maquera on guitar and worldwide touring drummer and University of Vermont drum instructor Caleb Bronz.
It’s the first time ever that The Kingdom All Stars have had guest artists play on a track. But it was totally worth it!
The Kingdom All Stars are based in a magical place in the smallest part of the smallest state in the USA known as The Northeast Kingdom of Vermont. (To enter this region you must know the magical password –“CHEEZWIZ”)
The band won the statewide 2022 ‘Beats For Good’ Band Contest sponsored by National Life Group and was rewarded by opening for “American Authors” and “X Ambassadors” at the 2022 DoGood Festival in Montpelier, Vermont. Our original songs have been critically acclaimed by the International Songwriting Competition and the Unsigned Only band competition. Our jazz-funk bass clarinetist was selected to perform as a guest artist with the famous “Pink Martini”
orchestra and we have opened a show for the Levitt AMP Concert Series.
