Can you tell us about your musical background and what inspired you to pursue a music career?
From a young age music has always been something I was passionate about. I took music lessons from a very young age and fell in love with guitar around the age of 13. I’ve been playing ever since. I was inspired when I saw the joy that music can put into the heart. Music and Guitar bring me joy, and I want everyone to feel that joy.
Who are your biggest musical influences and how have they shaped your sound?
Friends and family. They have always supported my music and give me new cover ideas and help me contruct a song. My older brother once showed me a video of a super cool Fingerstyle Cover of the song “Believer” by Imagine Dragons, and once I heard that, I knew that was the style of music I wanted to play.
Could you share the story or inspiration behind your release A thousand of years ?
I have always loved that song and watching people light up when I play it. So when I had the chance to record and publish it, I knew I had to take it.
Are there any specific themes or messages you strive to convey through your music?
I make it my goal to bring joy and peace into the hearts of my listeners.
Are there any collaborations or dream collaborations you hope to pursue in the future?
I think it would be so cool to collab with artists such as Sungha Jung, Eddie Van Der Meer, or Tommy Emmanuel. Their music is incredible.
What do you think sets you apart from other musicians in your genre?
I am able to put my own unique twist on the songs I cover. I can take it and make it my own.
Looking ahead, what are your long-term goals or aspirations as a musician?
For me, it’s not about how much money I can make or how popular I can get, my long-term goal is just to spread some joy in a world where joy is not as welcome as it should be.
