Chisel Pixel Records has released a remastered reissue of Los Angeles
Singer/Songwriter Richard Stolarz 1978 Country EP “Crenshaw Swain”. Originally released in the late seventies on the independent A-to-B Records label in a limited pressing, the EP was lost to history. Stolarz focused his attention largely on
raising a growing family but recorded an eclectic series of releases through the next several decades, including Diamonds In The Rough [1983], DavRyk [1988] and Me, Myself
and Eye [1993]. In 2022 the master tapes to “Crenshaw Swain” we’re rediscovered and the songs were remastered and brought to digital platforms for the first time.

Richard Stolarz grew up in the Crenshaw District of Los Angeles, the middle child of seven. He discovered songwriting in his teens and was greatly influenced by the likes of the Beatles, Dylan, etc.
